Our Process

  • Discovery

    We want to know you! Our process begins with an organizational ‘audit’ - a deep-dive exploration of your company's DNA, vision, and goals. We inquire, listen and observe, gathering information that speaks to people, process, failure, success — the ‘must haves’ and ‘nice to haves’ — what works and what does not.

    We map your organizational journey from origin to destination, highlighting lessons learned, opportunities and ‘pie in the sky’ aspirations. Understanding you is baseline.

    We conduct exercises that offer us inspiration in design of the visual expression of your organizational attitude. We identify expressive elements that align with the overarching sense of connection and place. We lead with a sensory-sensitive approach, planning for a holistic environmental experience that both reflects and enhances your organizational identity.
